Located in the beautiful Hampshire countryside, our apiaries are carefully placed in parts of Hampshire such as Alresford, Meon Valley, Basingstoke and Baughurst to name a few. Our bees thrive on the diverse local flora, resulting in honey that truly reflects the rich Flavours of the region. Our honey is carefully harvested and crafted to maintain its pure, natural qualities, making it a favourite among food lovers and honey enthusiasts alike.

Gordon Stott, the founder of Winding Wood Apiary, has a rich background as a professional award winning chef. With years of culinary experience, Gordon's passion for local ingredients and sustainable food sources naturally led him to beekeeping. Inspired by the connection between bees and the food we enjoy, Gordon began keeping bees to ensure access to the finest honey for his recipes and to promote a deeper understanding of the role bees play in the ecosystem. Today, Winding Wood Apiary reflects Gordon's dedication to quality, sustainability, and culinary excellence.
